First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a new treatment for people with a rare cancer of the upper urinary tract (UTUC) that has spread beyond the kidney. Participants must have had surgery and cannot take standard chemo due to health reasons. They will receive either a targeted drug (disitamab vedotin) plus radiation or standard chemo. The goal is to see if the new combo helps prevent cancer from coming back longer.
