Summary
This study tests a program called 'Disfrutando' that helps people with type 2 diabetes manage their blood sugar and weight. It is designed for groups that face extra challenges, like limited access to healthy food or safe places to exercise. About 31 adults with an A1C of 5.7 or higher will take part. The goal is to see if the program improves diabetes control and overall health.
