Summary

This study aims to find the most effective combination of four dietary strategies for weight loss in a fully digital program. Researchers will enroll 208 U.S. adults with overweight or obesity in a 12-week remote program testing different approaches to eating. The goal is to identify which mix of strategies—like limiting certain foods or changing eating times—helps people lose the most weight.
