Summary

This study tests whether a digital support program can help people with breast, prostate, or colorectal cancer reduce the time they spend sitting during their treatment. The goal is to improve their well-being and lower future health risks. About 172 participants will be randomly assigned to use the program or receive standard care, and their activity levels will be measured with a wearable device.
