First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests whether a digital health program (Hinge Health) combined with a wearable pain relief device (Enso) can reduce pain and improve function in people with chronic low back pain. About 196 adults with back pain lasting at least 3 months will be randomly assigned to either the digital program plus device or standard care. The goal is to see if this approach offers meaningful relief without drugs or surgery.
