First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a digital health program (Hinge Health) plus a wearable pain relief device (Enso) can help people with chronic low back pain feel better and move more easily. About 196 adults with back pain for at least 3 months will be randomly assigned to either the digital program plus device or standard care. The goal is to see if this approach reduces pain and improves daily function better than usual treatments.
