This study will compare two surgical techniques for treating pain after a finger amputation: reconnecting the nerve (microanastomosis) versus cutting and burying it (traction neurectomy). Researchers will track pain levels and hand function in 50 adults over six months. The goal is to see which method leads to less pain and fewer complications.
