Summary

This study looks at whether negative pressure wound therapy (a machine that helps heal wounds) is linked to ongoing pain six months after a war injury. Researchers will follow 150 adults with severe soft tissue injuries from blasts, bullets, or burns. The goal is to find early signs that predict chronic pain, so doctors can better prevent and treat it.
