Summary
This study tests short, easy-to-use digital tools (called micro-interventions) designed to help breast cancer survivors manage stress and improve their mood. Researchers will enroll 120 women who were diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer in the past 5 years and have some symptoms of anxiety or depression. Participants will try different digital exercises in their daily lives to see which ones work best for reducing distress and boosting well-being.
