First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tested whether a single online session called SPARK Coping could help college students who have early signs of psychosis feel less distressed and more open to seeking treatment. About 50 University of Washington students took part, filling out surveys at the start and two weeks later. Some got the tool right away, while others waited. The goal was to see if the tool was easy to use and showed promise in reducing stigma and improving coping skills.
