Summary

This study tests a digital lifestyle program for adults aged 40-60 in Swedish primary care. Participants receive standard health advice plus app-based support for diet, exercise, alcohol, and smoking. The goal is to see if the program improves cholesterol and other heart health markers after 6 months.
