This study tests whether a mobile app that scans food barcodes and shows easy-to-read nutrition labels can help 900 adults with type 2 diabetes better manage their blood sugar. Participants will either use the app plus get standard advice, or just get standard advice. The main goal is to see if the app helps lower HbA1c (a measure of blood sugar control) after 6 months.
