Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app can help older adults (60+) who have mild memory or thinking problems remember to take their blood pressure medicine. One hundred participants will use either a basic app with information or an enhanced app with medication reminders. The goal is to see if the reminders improve how often they take their pills and lower their blood pressure over 16 weeks.
