Summary

This study explores whether a health app and follow-up digital meetings can motivate teenagers to improve their oral hygiene. Researchers will interview 25 adolescents aged 16-17 who have gum disease (gingivitis) to see if the app helps them build better brushing habits. The goal is to develop more effective, person-centered programs for dental care.
