Summary
This study is testing two dietary supplements to see if people with chronic diseases find them easy to take and stick with. It will also check if taking the supplements helps the body absorb more iron and zinc, which could improve quality of life. The study is enrolling 100 adults with conditions like Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, high blood pressure, anemia, or multiple sclerosis.
