First seen Mar 01, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looked at whether an 8-week diet program, with or without aerobic and resistance exercise, could help overweight women (BMI 25-30) improve their balance, reduce muscle pain, and sleep better. About 24 women aged 18-50 were planned to take part. The study was terminated early, so results are limited.
