Summary
This study tests whether a high-protein DASH diet, resistance exercise, or both can help people with heart failure and reduced ejection fraction maintain or increase muscle mass. About 100 adults over age 30 with stable heart failure will take part. The goal is to see if these lifestyle changes improve muscle strength, exercise ability, and quality of life.
