First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looked at how different eating plans—like time-restricted eating, alternate-day fasting, and low-calorie diets—affect belly fat and health markers in healthy adults aged 18-35 with normal weight. Participants followed their assigned diet for 4 weeks, then were monitored for 28 weeks. The goal was to see which approach works best and understand the body's responses through blood, urine, and stool samples.
