Summary
This study looked at whether eating less fat and more fiber can lower the chance of a repeat Clostridioides difficile infection in people being treated for cancer. Eight patients with leukemia, lymphoma, or other cancers who had a recent C. diff infection took part. Researchers tracked diarrhea and checked stool samples for C. diff toxins and gut bacteria changes.
