Summary
This study looked at 84 people to understand how diabetic polyneuropathy (nerve damage from diabetes) changes the median nerve in carpal tunnel syndrome. Researchers used special ultrasound techniques to measure nerve stiffness and blood flow, and also checked hand function with a questionnaire. The goal was to see how diabetes and carpal tunnel together affect symptoms and hand use.
