Summary

This study aims to better understand and diagnose diabetic kidney disease in people with type 2 diabetes. Researchers will collect kidney tissue and blood, urine, and stool samples from 300 participants to look for molecular and genetic patterns. The goal is to improve diagnosis and identify who is at higher risk for kidney disease progression, which could lead to more personalized treatments.
