Summary
This study tests a program that combines online diabetes education videos with help connecting to social services for low-income Chinese and Latino/a immigrants with type 2 diabetes. The goal is to improve blood sugar control and see if people find the program useful and easy to use. About 480 adults aged 18-70 with high blood sugar or a recent diabetes diagnosis will take part.
