Summary

This study tests whether an AI app (SnapD) that analyzes Thai food photos, with or without a continuous glucose monitor, can help people with type 2 diabetes and overweight improve blood sugar control over 8 weeks. 45 adults will be randomly assigned to use the app, the app plus a glucose monitor, or standard care. The goal is to see if these digital tools make managing diabetes easier and more effective.
