Summary
This study compares two triple-drug combinations to see which works better for controlling blood sugar and possibly achieving diabetes remission in people newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. The trial will include 240 adults aged 18 to 65 with high blood sugar levels. Participants will receive either a weekly injection plus two oral drugs, or three oral drugs, and those who reach target blood sugar may stop medication and be monitored for three months.
