Summary
This study tested a program that combines continuous glucose monitoring, diabetes coaching, and financial rewards to help adults with type 2 diabetes improve their blood sugar management. 26 participants used a continuous glucose monitor and received coaching and small rewards for sticking to their treatment plan. The goal was to see if this approach increases time in a healthy blood sugar range and lowers A1C levels.
