Summary

This study tested two drugs, dexmedetomidine and nitroglycerin, to see which one better reduces bleeding and improves the surgeon's view during sinus surgery. 66 adults having elective sinus surgery took part. The goal was to find a safer, more cost-effective way to manage bleeding during the procedure.
