Summary
This study looks at whether adding dexamethasone (a steroid) to a standard numbing medicine (bupivacaine) in a TAP nerve block can provide better pain relief after laparoscopic gallbladder removal. The goal is to see if patients need less opioid pain medicine and feel comfortable longer after surgery. The study involves 100 adults who are having this surgery.
