New sling study aims to ease bladder leakage in women

Summary
This study compares two medical sling devices used to treat stress urinary incontinence in women. About 300 women will receive either a single-incision sling or a standard transobturator sling. Researchers will check how well each device stops urine leakage during a cough test and track any side effects over three years.
