Summary

This study looks at how common depression and mild memory problems are in people hospitalized for chronic heart failure, and whether these issues lead to worse health outcomes. About 300 adults aged 18 to 85 will answer questionnaires about their mood and thinking skills. The goal is to understand the connection, not to test a treatment.
