Depression program aims to boost cancer treatment adherence

Summary
This study tests a new program to help head and neck cancer patients who feel depressed. It looks at whether the program is easy to use and if it helps patients follow their swallowing exercises and dental care. About 185 adults with stage I-IV cancer take part. The goal is to see if treating depression improves how well patients stick to their recovery plan.
