New gel under dentures could ease dry mouth and improve fit

Summary
This study tested two over-the-counter gels placed under removable dentures to see if they improve comfort, how well the dentures stay in place, and dry mouth symptoms. 67 adults with partial or full dentures took part. The gels are MI Paste and Biotene Dry Mouth Gel, both designed to dissolve slowly under the denture.
