Summary
This study tested two over-the-counter gels placed under removable dentures to see if they improve comfort, retention, and dry mouth symptoms. 67 adults aged 18-99 with dentures made at the University of Iowa participated. Participants rated their comfort and denture fit on a scale of 0 to 10 before and after using the gels.
