Summary
This study tested whether denosumab, a drug usually used for bone health, can improve semen quality in 42 infertile men with very low sperm counts. Participants were selected based on a blood marker (AMH) to predict response. The main goal was to see if sperm concentration increased after 80 days of treatment.
