Summary
This study tested a new dengue vaccine called V181 against an existing one (Butantan-DV) in 1,364 healthy adults aged 18 to 50 in Brazil. The goal was to see if V181 is as safe and triggers a similar immune response. Results showed V181 was safe and produced comparable antibody levels for all four dengue virus types.
