Summary

This study tests a pressure-sensor exercise mat and software designed to improve memory, balance, and physical fitness in adults 65 and older. Participants stand on the mat and follow on-screen games and exercises led by a coach. Researchers will compare results with a control group to see if the program helps prevent dementia and falls.
