NCT ID NCT07586462
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether a Deep Rectus Sheath (Preperitoneal) block helps people recover better after abdominal surgery. About 60 adults having open or laparoscopic abdominal surgery will receive standard pain management, which may include this block or other nerve blocks. Researchers will measure pain scores, recovery quality, and how quickly patients get back on their feet.
