Summary
This study tests whether adding deep breathing exercises to standard core stability exercises can improve lung function and physical ability in people with ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Researchers will enroll 30 adults aged 20-45 with stable AS who are not in other rehab programs. Participants will be randomly assigned to do either core exercises alone or core exercises plus deep breathing, and their lung capacity and walking distance will be measured.
