Summary
This study tests a new type of talk therapy called Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) for people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). 234 adults will be randomly assigned to receive DBR or be placed on a waiting list. The goal is to see if DBR reduces PTSD symptoms, like flashbacks and anxiety, more than no treatment.
