Summary
This early-phase trial tests a combination of three treatments for advanced colorectal cancer that has not responded to standard therapies. The approach uses the patient's own immune cells (DC-CIK), a targeted drug (regorafenib), and a bispecific antibody to boost the immune system. The study aims to see if this triple therapy can shrink tumors and improve survival in 14 participants.
