Power naps boost teen Athletes' agility, study finds
NCT ID NCT07314645
Summary
This study tested whether short daytime naps could help young soccer players perform better and feel less tired. Sixteen healthy teen players tried taking no nap, a 25-minute nap, or a 45-minute nap before doing agility and sprint tests. The researchers found that napping improved players' agility and made exercise feel easier, but it did not help them resist fatigue during repeated sprints.
