Can a tiny pacemaker catch sneaky heart flutters?

NCT ID NCT07344961

First seen Jan 16, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at how well the Micra AV2 pacemaker tracks the heart's natural rhythm and detects hidden atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) in 50 people with a history of the condition. Participants will have their pacemaker checked regularly and may wear a special monitor to record heart activity. The goal is to learn more about how the device performs, not to test a new treatment.
