Summary
This study is for people with metastatic urothelial carcinoma, a type of bladder cancer that has spread. It tests combinations of three drugs: sacituzumab govitecan, enfortumab vedotin, and pembrolizumab. The goal is to find safe doses and see how well they shrink tumors. About 106 adults will take part in two phases.
