Summary
This completed Phase 2 trial tested a drug called DAAOI-P in 61 people with Parkinson's disease who also have dementia. The goal was to see if the drug could improve walking, reduce falls, and ease neuropsychiatric symptoms. Participants received either DAAOI-P or a placebo pill for a period, and changes were measured using standard rating scales.
