Summary
This early-phase trial will test whether a special form of resveratrol (JOTROL) is safe and tolerable for people with Parkinson's disease. About 30 participants will receive either a low dose, high dose, or placebo daily for three months. The study will also measure how the drug behaves in the body and its effects on energy and inflammation.
