Summary
This study looks at whether D-serine, a natural brain chemical, can help people with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder learn and remember better. About 60 adults aged 18-50 will take D-serine for 16 weeks while doing a special auditory training program. The goal is to see if this combination improves thinking skills like memory and attention.
