Summary
This study tested whether adding a precise, high-dose radiation treatment (CyberKnife) after standard chemo and radiation could improve outcomes for people with stage III non-small cell lung cancer. It involved 35 patients whose tumors had not spread but could not be removed by surgery. The goal was to find the safest dose and see how well the combination worked.
