Summary
This study tests whether a single oral dose of CYB003, a drug related to psilocybin, can help ease symptoms of depression and anxiety in 40 adults with major depressive disorder. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will use brain scans and questionnaires to measure changes in mood and brain activity. The goal is to understand how psychedelics affect the brain in people with these conditions.
