First seen Jan 03, 2026 · Last updated May 27, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tested whether applying a medical glue (cyanoacrylate) or a concentrated growth factor (CGF) to the roof of the mouth can speed healing and reduce pain after a gum graft procedure. Sixty healthy adults who had not had recent gum surgery took part. The researchers measured pain levels and how quickly the wound healed. The goal was to find a way to make recovery more comfortable for patients.
