New online program aims to help TBI patients sleep better

Summary

This study tests a guided online version of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia in 80 adults who have had a moderate to severe traumatic brain injury at least one year ago. Participants will either receive the online therapy or enhanced usual care. The goal is to see if the online program improves sleep and quality of life.
