NCT ID NCT07371247
First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This early-phase study looks at whether a blood test that finds tiny bits of cancer DNA can help doctors decide which patients with advanced esophageal cancer need extra treatment after standard chemoradiation. About 65 adults with unresectable esophageal cancer will be enrolled. The goal is to see if adding immunotherapy and chemotherapy for those with a positive blood test is safe and helps prevent the cancer from coming back.
