First seen Jan 18, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study is observing 50 adults with advanced cancers (lung, breast, colorectal, liver, stomach) who are starting immunotherapy. Researchers will track ctDNA levels in the blood to see if changes can predict early whether the treatment is working. They will also look at other markers like PD-L1 and TMB. The goal is to improve how doctors monitor treatment response without relying only on scans.
