Can ice sticks make root canals less painful?

Summary

This study compares two ways of using cold (ice sticks vs. a special cold spray) to lower pain during root canal treatment in back teeth with severe pulp inflammation. About 90 adults will take part. The goal is to see which method works better at keeping patients comfortable during the procedure.
